From Dulles International Airport  Or use Google Maps
- Take the Dulles access road (either the toll lanes or express lanes are the same) to exit 17, Spring Hill Road.
- Take Spring Hill Road South and take the very first left (just a few hundred feet) onto Jones Branch Road.
- The hotel is on the left in one mile.
From Reagan National Airport Or use Google Maps
- Take the George Washington Parkway North to the end.
- Take I-495 South (outer loop) toward Virginia.
- Take the 3rd exit, Chain Bridge Road, south.
- Get in the second lane from the right, this will curve and exit at the first street, Tysons Blvd.
- Stay in the 2nd lane from the right which will curve again to the right onto Galleria Drive.
- Proceed four tenths of a mile and turn right at the stop light onto Jones Branch Drive.
- The hotel is on the right, 1,000 feet.
- Turn in at the first Hilton sign.
Directions To the Rodeo Grounds
Montgomery County Agricultural Center & Fairgrounds

The Montgomery County Fairgrounds has imposed a $10 per car, per day parking fee this year. This fee is NOT included in the cost of your rodeo ticket and is outside the control of ASGRA.
We are providing a free shuttle bus both days. The shuttle will begin with a trip from the Host Hotel to the rodeo grounds at 9:00 am. Then during the day between the Shady Grove Metro station (Red Line) and the rodeo grounds. The buses will begin transporting to and from the Shady Grove Metro station and the rodeo grounds at 10:00 am and will continue until approximately 6:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. Time between shuttle buses is approximately 20 minutes. Finally there will be one shuttle from the rodeo grounds back to the hotel at 6:00 pm. Last bus departure announcements will be made during the rodeo.
The buses will be picking up and dropping off on the east side of the station, at the Kiss & Ride area.
Parking at all Metro Stations is free on weekends. If you would prefer to drive and park at the rodeo grounds, we encourage carpooling and splitting the parking fee.
From the Hotel
Shuttle bus service will be provided between the Shady Grove station east parking area bus platform, and the Rodeo Grounds, every 20 minutes, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- Turn left out of the hotel parking area
- Turn left at the stoplight onto Westpark Drive
- Turn left at the next stoplight onto Tysons Boulevard. Get into the second lane from the right
- Go under the bridges and take the loop onto I-495 north toward Maryland
- Take I-495 north about 5 miles, get into the 2 left lanes and take I-270 north.
- Follow I-270 to exit 11 watch for signs to Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds.
- Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
- Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
- Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.
From Baltimore and points north east
Take I-95 south to the Capitol Beltway I-495 west (outer loop).
Take the I-270 exit north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 (Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds)
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.
From the south west
Take I-66 east to the Capitol Beltway I495 north (inner loop).
Take the I-270 exit north.
Follow I-270 to exit 11 (Montgomery Village & Fairgrounds)
Turn right onto Frederick Ave.
Take first right onto Perry Parkway.
Fairgrounds entrance will be 1/2 mile on the left.
From points south
Take I-95 north to the Capitol Beltway I-495 west (inner loop)
Follow I-495 to the I-270 exit north.
