Important Information for Atlantic Stampede Performers!

  1. There are two venues for entertainment at Atlantic Stampede: our host hotel, and the the Rodeo Grounds. Contact the Hospitality Booth for travel options and directions to the rodeo grounds.
  2. Each performer or group must complete Entertainment Registration on Friday evening, between the hours of 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
  3. A single member of a group may be authorized to complete registration for the group. The group must identify the person authorized to complete registration and to pick up the group’s passes. Email and insert "Group Representative for Registration" in the e-mail's subject line.
  4. Performers or groups that do not complete registration on Friday evening will NOT be permitted to perform.
  5. Each performer will receive one free pass for each event at which the performer is scheduled to perform.
    1. Each performer or group representative assumes responsibility for the all free pass(s) distributed at registration.
    2. The group representative assumes responsibility for distributing the free passes to members of the group.
    3. The free pass must be used to gain admission to the event at which you perform. Rodeo contestants who perform will not be issued free passes since the Contestant Badge affords admission to the event.
    4. We do not replace lost, stolen or misplaced free passes. Replacement passes must be purchased prior to performance.
    5. We do not provide free passes for set up, support staff or others who do not actually perform at the event.
    6. Registration closes August 16.
  6. You must be in the Green Room, in costume and ready to perform at least twenty (20) minutes before your scheduled performance. The Stage Manager will escort you to the staging location ten minutes before your performance. You must be in place and prepared to perform at your scheduled time or forfeit your performance for that event. Exceptions may be made for performers who are rodeo contestants for venues scheduled at the Fairgrounds. Rodeo contestants having problems at the Fairgrounds should immediately contact the Stage Manager or Announcer.
  7. You may only use a CD for your performance. You must hand your CD to the DJ and discuss any cuing issues at least thirty (30) minutes before your scheduled performance. We recommend that you have a second CD as a backup and that you try your CD out on several machines, not just the machine it was recorded on. Please do not expect the DJ to provide music if the CD(s) are defective.
  8. Other than a hand-held microphone, we provide no other equipment. You are responsible for all equipment you may require and are likewise responsible for making sure your equipment will operate properly with the DJ’s equipment.
  9. There may be little pre-performance opportunity for staging props at the hotel. Please bear this in mind and plan your program accordingly. If you have questions, direct them to .
  10. We cannot guarantee rehearsal time at the hotel because setup may preclude access to the performance area prior to your scheduled performance. If you have questions about rehearsal or access, direct them to .

Thank you for sharing your talents with our community. We look forward to enjoying your performance!

Sincerely,
The Atlantic Stampede Entertainment Committee
